GTC INDIA - Package Not delivered Threat to block my customer ID from Delhivery Siliguri

An employee ( delivery boy ) of a courier partner namingly : DELHIVERY located at Siliguri has tried to harass by calling repeatedly for delivery of a shipment ( late in the evening when normally the office closes) And on finding my destination closed ( as Delhivery normally don't deliver in office time) , he abused me and didnot deliver my product and threatened to block my customer ID ( which I did not understand ) after which he also emphasized that he will see as I don't get the products delivered.
I wish that such ill mannered and lack of basic educated employee which normally the delhivery hires should have some value orientation program and these cheap guys should also understand the value of customers.
Hence , I would appreciate justified immediate action in this regard so that there remains no bully.
