Its been * months i have not received the correct product. When i ask for refund they simply ignore. The customer executives dont reply for days. I have to beg them to reply.
The whole site is fraud selling fake products of big brands such as gucci ,louis vuitton.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
