Ordered a flowering plant on the **nd via nurserylive.com. Order number NLV**********. Since then i have not got the plan delivered. I have been following up every alternative days and I get reply from Priyanka Kamalakar <care@nurserylive.com> that the order is in transit. Iam sure the plant is already fully dried after * days now. They are not ready to cancel and refund and not sure where the order is at the moment. Please help me get a refund
