I ordered * shirts on KOOVS shopping app on ** November, **** via a prepaid mode. The order has not been delivered till now as of * January , **** and KOOVS is not refunding my money despite **-** emails that I have written to their support team.
They did not even try to call me once, to understand the issue. This is pure ignorance and waste of my time and money.
