Aachho Jaipur - package not delivered Refund rquested

I wish to file a formal complaint against Aachho for non-delivery of a product and unfair denial of refund. I placed an order for a lehenga on ** February **** through their official website. As per the company’s communication, the product was scheduled to be delivered by ** February ****. The order was placed for an important personal function, and I relied on the delivery assurance provided. However, despite repeated follow-ups through emails and continuous assurances from the company stating that the product would be delivered soon, the order has not been delivered to date. It has now been more than two months since the promised delivery date. The product has not been delivered despite full payment. The company repeatedly provided misleading assurances regarding delivery. No responsible representative has contacted me despite multiple escalations. The company has refused to process a refund, citing policy, despite clear non-delivery. Due to this unreasonable delay, I no longer have any use for the product. The conduct of the company amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. I request the following: Immediate full refund of the paid amount. am attaching all relevant documents, including order details and email communications, for your reference.
