City2home.com - Package not delivered Refund Refused

Yesterday evening on **/**/**** City*home.com employee called me from ********** number and told me that we are * month old company and for promotion you have been selected as lucky customer. They told me if you shop from our website for minimum ₹*** you will be given either of a Dell Inspiron laptop worth ₹***** or iPhone *+ worth ₹***** or Sony Bravia Led TV worth ***** with ***% gaurantee. She told me that you may be given any of these product as gift. After I purchased a selfie stick worth ₹***, they told me that you will have to pay **% GST of the gift amount, when I bargained the lady reduced gst from **% to **% on the basis of her employee code. They accepted this ₹*** with Paytm qr code available on their website. When I agreed to pay **% gst, she asked me which of these three products will you like to receive. I chose laptop worth *****, then she asked me to pay **% gst amount ₹****. Being suspicious to her , I said I will first enquire about your company credibility then I will pay after half an hour. Then she insisted that to receive the gift you will have to pay right now on the call. She assured me that I will surely get the gift and further she told me that this gst amount ₹**** is rebatable/refundable after the item is delivered to you. Then for payment she sent JD Pay request link to my email, the request was from m k enterprises with mobile number +************ , and I paid ₹****. Today morning on **/**/**** I received an email from ciy*home confirming the payment receipt..
I today talked that lady and she assured that your gift will be dispatched soon.
To my surprise i received a call from them today evening , they asked me to pay ₹***** again to receive the gift for insurance premium. He told me that this insurance premium is also refundable/rebatable. He said delivery boy is in your area and will deliver the gift today till *:** pm only if you pay insurance premium ₹***** right now. I refused to pay any money and asked them to refund my ₹ **** and ₹***. Then the person refused to refund any money before * month. I insisted to refund my money within ** business days, then he disconnected the call and all their numbers are switched off now. I have all call recording having important information. And many emails and documents supporting my point in this regard. Below are their all numbers.
