Bhagyashree Deshmukh filed complaint against Myflowerapp on May 25, 2021
I ordered a bouquet on May **nd. They called n said it's not available. They told me they would send another plant in *-* days max. They are not even answering my calls since then. My status is not updated on the app. On whatsapp, they're simply replying 'wait' and 'let me check'. Absolutely no communication from them. Had to make *-* calls minimum, and some * msgs to get their disgusting replies. It's a fraud.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
