I ordered a sports shoe from this website on **.**.**** but i didn't receive any product till date **.**.****. Today i texted in a number that they provided in their website to communicate with them though whatsapp. So i texted them to ask whether i'll receive my product or not. They suddenly emailed me that they cancel my order and refunded. But previously they didn't inform me anything about canceling it or not and i didnt receive any money from this website till now. Please help me from this fraud website to get my money back.
