Old Marigold - Package not delivered Prepaid order

I have made an order through online apparel site named old marigold which is based out of Delhi. It is a prepaid order since COD is not available for order below Rs.****. I have made the online order payment made payment on *th March. I received one autogenerated mail from companies email about order confirmation. No further communication regarding order dispatch or order tracking number communicated to me. Also there is no helpline number available on companies official website to support such matter. After mailing them twice to look into the matter, still no revert received.
