My order ID *********, which was supposed to be delivered by the **th of March, still not delivering my order and not even canceling. The customer support is so rude and clueless that every time they put me on hold for no reason and not coming back. They are so rude. Even the delivery guys are rude and give excuses everyday for not delivering. When the address is already there, why do they need the address again and again over WhatsApp (which I did too). Some customer support is even telling me that it has been delivered (I received an email of delivery) which has not happened. the system has already raised an issue about this as some customer care guy told. Someone else telling a different story. They are ruining the whole experience.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
