Courier Box & Total Courier and Cargo Services - Package not delivered overseas to Melbourne

I have booked a consignment from Hyderabad to be delivered at Melbourne, Australia on the name of Ms Hemankshi Sharma on **.**.**** which was picked by one Mr Shekar whose number is +************ and gave an invoice vide ONFD No: ***** dated **.**.****, on the name of V.S. Express International Courier & Cargo Logistics, Hyderabad and the courier weighed *.* Kgs. I took the number from Justdial which named him as "Shekar FedEx Courier" and by seeing that he belongs to FedEx. I preferred to book the courier. Instead, I asked him about the receipt of FedEx he said that he is the agent of FedEx and will see that it will be given to them only. He has picked up from our residence and having accepted Rs. ****/- as charges for the same and with a promise that this will be delivered in a weeks time. Since then I tried calling the guy who picked up the courier from my residence to give me information about the delivery and tracking. He was just dragging things and was giving false answers. The disappointing aspect is despite my calling and messaging I haven't got an answer not remedy for the delivery. It's still in hanging somewhere and is not known whether it is in transit or kept Midway. Total Courier Tracking No: ********** was given ten days after constant and repeated calls and till date, it's showing as ready for shipment at Singapore. I attempted calling Mumbai office, Delhi office and Pune office all in vain and haven't got any positive response. Today the customer support of Total Courier has sent a reply stating that the courier was returned on **.**.**** exactly about ** days from the booking and it has been ** days now that the same is neither returned not delivered. As the courier consists of food items and all are different pickles, they might have got spoiled too by this time. The Courier Box Manager Mr Vinesh (whose number is +************) never comes online to talk to me instead some subordinate picks up the call and says "Sir is busy". The frustrating part is these guys belong to the customer service area and the way they respond is really pathetic. Would like to request appropriate action to be taken against these fraud guys who cheat people with fraud names and fraud identities.
