Flipkart - Package not delivered over than a 1 month and 5 days

Hi I ordered the product on * th Nov and was to be delivered on ** niv which is already late. Now every * days I am getting mail that there is slightly delay and it's already * Dec and today again got same mail and message of delay and new delivery date is * Nov, Customer care is useless who tells sir plz wait it will come, it's already more than month of harassment and cannot cancel product also. Today is * dec and still did not got any update on product . I have tried in social media , talked to * clueless customer care executives who know nothing still did not got the product.
