Kotty broadster mwb - Package not delivered ordered on 21 april 2023

Package not delivered yet as i have order on april ** ****. The delivery agent couldnt connect to me as the mobile number was inactive and i have raised a complaint to change my number on ** april . They said they will resolve the problem and will get the items on may *. All the items are out for delivery and still the delivery agent cant deliver as my number is not changed yet and * of the products initiated return. very poor customer service .i have again raised a complaint on may *rd .. i need to get my all items including the returned item before may ** . Other wise i will cancel all items.
Shame.
