Gautam Packers and Movers Palwal - Package not delivered on time and demanded for extra charge post picking up the items

I booked Gautam packers and movers running by Tinku dagar from palwal (Vill- Alawalpur) for shifting my luggage to Mumbai on ** Apr **. He charged me ***** rs for this. Post picking up luggage items he called me when I left my home for Mumbai by train, He told your luggage is waiting in Mumbai and the Driver is asking for more money which is supposed to be paid by you. He demanded for **** rs more. Then later he told me that he is sending your luggage from Haryana which is supposed to be sent earlier. After two days he again gave me a call and told that the driver is facing difficulties in carrying your item at state border. Now you have to Pay GST amount. He ask me to pay **** rs and now I have paid him **** rs balance he has asked to give to the driver. Now today is ** Apr ** and still not received my luggage in Mumbai. He is not picking up call too and the driver has blocked my number.
