Since **th Aug'****, an order was placed for plants and confirmation received too as payment was also done through digital mode,but till yet there is no update on the same.As tried to mail on the mail ID " care@nurserylive.com" there is no response on the same.(Order NLV**********)
Not even in the chat box in the app.
Please help in getting the refund as I have lost faith in this fraud e-commerce apps.
