Home Store 18 - Package not delivered nor are they responding

I had placed an order on Home Store ** for Bose Cordless Headphones on ** July ****. I had made UPI payment of Rs ****. The order was acknowledged by WhatsApp by them immediately and an Order#******** was mentioned. They mentioned that the order is being prepared and I will be communicated about the delivery details. I have been waiting since then, have tried several times to contact them on telephone number ********** but the number remains constantly engaged. I have sent an email to support@homestores**india.in on ** July **** at **.** hrs and got a response from them at **.** hrs stating “we will ask the logistics department about the order status and then update you within ** hours”. This period is already passed but there is no response.
