Onlinecoverwala - Package not delivered no response from website

What Happened
On *th Feb ****, I ordered two mobile covers from 'Onlinecoverwala' after seeing an advertisement on Instagram. I visited the website and placed my order. I paid ₹*** through BHIM UPI as the COD option was not available. I received an order confirmation immediately after placing my order from so I was relieved that I will recieve my order. But after few days when I did not get any shipping information I tried to contact the website and received no response. I have mailed thrice asking them to return my money but there has been no response and the contact no. given on website is actually a wrong number. I have tried mailing on both the email addresses 'coverwala****@gmail.com' however the other one 'onlinecoverwala@gmail.com' doesn't exist.
