Wear mojo - Package not delivered no response from customer care

I saw an ad on instagram of wear mojo clothing store and visited their page. It showed a clearance sale was ongoing and every product's price was cut and was sold for Rs. ***. I ordered three products on **th Feb ****. Later on surfing through the site i read a tag line saying pay shipping now and rest amount later. Then i needed to confirm was this applicable to my order too. Also, while making the payment no intimation came about the standing payment i would have to make on delivery of the products. To clarify this i called the customer support on **th Feb ****, Sunday, the guy responded there is a technical glitch with the site and he informed it applies for my order too. I requested a cancellation to which he said i should contact back tomorrow on a working day during office hours. Its been ** days since the order is placed. There is no response from customer support and neither my order is delivered.
