TFW India - Package not delivered neither refund

I placed an order for a swimwear (bikini set) from TFW India through their website on **st April **** and made the full payment in advance. However, even after more than ** days, I have not received any update regarding my order — neither through email nor on the order tracking page.

On **/**/****, I emailed them requesting an update. They responded stating that the order is “processing” and that I would receive an email once dispatched. After that, there has been complete silence.

As there was no progress, I followed up again via email after ** days, but I did not receive any response. I also reached out through their social media platform (Instagram), where initially they responded asking for my order number. I shared the details immediately, but after that, they stopped responding again.

Upon further checking their Instagram page and online reviews, I discovered that multiple customers are facing the exact same issue — orders are being accepted with full payment, but products are neither delivered nor refunded. Customers are repeatedly ignored when they try to follow up.

Additionally, I observed that negative comments and complaints posted by customers on their Instagram page are being deleted, which indicates a deliberate attempt to hide complaints and continue misleading new customers.

This behavior strongly suggests that this company is engaging in unethical and potentially fraudulent practices, taking money from customers without fulfilling orders or providing refunds.

Because of this situation, I am under significant stress and mental distress, as I have paid my hard-earned money and have no clarity or resolution.
