Outfitic clothing brand on Instagram - Package not delivered nd payment also done

I hv ordered a dress from this online page on Instagram by placing order through wattsapp. They have provided only wattsapp number by which i can contact them. I hv ordered this item on **th November,**** nd asked them on **th of November whether they have dispatched the item or not, to which they replied "yes" which was a lie as because i waited for many days but the parcel didn't come so i asked again on **nd November to which they replied that they hvnt dispatched it yet as it was out of stock. Again they said they would be dispatching it that day itself nd it would take more *-* days to come. Bt i needed the parcel in *-* days as i hv to go for a wedding bt then they askef for rs. ***/- for express delivery along with the item's cost rs **** on their paytm number. To which i agreed as i needed it within * days .
And then i paid the amount nd asked them to give me the dispatchment or shipment details so that i can rely on them. But after that they dont even reply to me nd today is **th of November nd i hvnt got my parcel yet. I hv tried alot to contact them bt they aren't replying to me.please take action because i hv already paid the money nd tomorrow i hv to leavr for wedding nd hvnt received the parcel yet.
