Atpm Opc Pvt Ltd - Package not delivered It have been 2 months

I have booked my household stuff to relocate from Mumbai (Goregaon East) to Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) on **th May ****. Upon Mr Sanjeev's request INR ****/- were paid in cash to his staff and INR ****/- were transferred online to their company account (Indusind Bank Current Account Number ************/IFSC Code-INDB*******). Initially Sanjeev and team committed to deliver the stuff in *-* days but my boxes were not delivered within committed time post which I started following up with him and then I realized that he started making a new excuse on every single day.

When I started following up with him regularly then once again he made some new excuses and asked me not to worry as everything is covered in insurance and this delay in delivery will be taken care of in the insurance. As a matter of fact they issued a cheque to me of INR ****/- which never reached to me. Also he never provided any insurance policy copy which I asked him several times.

Now it has been nearly * months but my packages are still undelivered and he stopped giving me any kind of response.
