https craftvatika com - Package not delivered irrespective of updating alternative number and keeping in touch with them

Hi

I have ordered a horse through Craftvatika website & I am getting message in WhatsApp that that number is not reachable and asked me to update alternative which I did as well and got the acknowledgment.

But for last * times the same message is repeated stating trying to reach the first number. My number is **********. The worst part is WhatsApp is one way and I don’t know how does one works as I am not able to ask for update and automatic message is not all proper

I wrote to them in the email and texted in the alternative emails. I received email response twice asking for alternative number and received whatsapp stating will be delivered and delivered. But as per tracking it is returned to them itself and never got delivered.

I keep following it up through Email and WhatsApp and never got respond even though they are online. I want my refund and they should never repeat this to any customer
