I had ordered a package through Ecom courier service, paying extra for the express delivery option. This was ordered on July **st with the clear mention that they'll deliver it in five to six days. The delivery not only got delayed already, they stopped updating the status in the track order. Then after a day or two when we sent a mail to them, they updated saying it is a failed delivery because the pincode doesnt match with address. It was absurd because I rechecked it and it did match with the address. After the Himalayan task of trying to contact them, they replied with various other excuses and made us wait for long. Finally, they are telling us that it is a non serviceable area and we have to go and collect the package. This particular information was 'not' mentioned while we ordered and we werent given any notification or warning when they asked us to pay extra for fast delivery. When we asked about this, they replied with a careless reply 'noted' and they are not giving us any ways or solutions to collect the packages even. Extremely disappointed by this supposed 'express' delivery.
