I ordered a product. But I had to prepaid everything so I did. I tried to contact the customer care email but to no luck keep on getting ignored. The only way I can talk to them is WhatsApp but even there I am getting ignored by the customer service. I am avoided everytime I contacted them. The do not want to give me any update. They also do not bother sending the correct product. They show a clearly wrong product to send shamelessly and when I complaint I get ignored from there so no more reply till now.
