I placed an order with Khadi Naturals on August *, ****, for a package shipped via Blue Dart with tracking number ***********. Despite the expected delivery timeframe, the package has been intentionally left undelivered for the past three days, with false status updates indicating issues like "wrong address" and "consignee refused to accept," even though no delivery attempts were made and no contact was initiated by the courier. I have repeatedly requested multiple redelivery attempts through customer service calls and emails, providing clear confirmation of my correct address and availability, but these efforts have been ignored, leading me to suspect deliberate misconduct or an intent to retain the package. This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I demand an immediate investigation, resolution, and delivery of my order without further excuses.
