Afsha shopper - Package not delivered fully

I've ordered * sarees from an Instagram page called Afsha shopper. i received a package on **th october but that package has only one saree i told the seller about this and sent an unboxing video she accepted that and she told me give me sometime I'll ask a manufacturer about this and * week later i asked the status about missing sarees she texted me that she dispatched those * sarees u will get it by this week but i didn't receive the saree till now and yesterday i asked again she told me that I'm fraud and liar i received * sarees but doing a drama like this in that invoice it's mentioned as * sarees but that parcel has one saree i asked a refund now she blocked me.
