Madras Vape - Package not delivered fraud scam

Residing in Chennai, had ordered for juul pods from the website www.madrasvape.com, I had paid them online in the website through debit card for an amount ****. And received a mail with a tracking number in it.
Then later on after few days when I checked the status it kept showing the same status. And then realised there is some scam in it. Tried googling and checking reviews and found out that they are fraud and have done this to many people. Tried to get the owners name from the customers through reviews who had been cheated. They gave me the name of the owner which is Milton Mathew. Then later on I searched and got his contact through Facebook and spoke to him and he says rudely he cannot help and told me to contact the website people directly as he is not more connected and cannot help as it is none of his business. I tried sending them mails, mails in the attached photo and none of them mails responded back. Out of the ** mails I sent them about the status they just sent back two blank mails. Please try to help me out if can by saving many customers who are getting scammed we save money working hard and order things and get cheated. As they are still going to repeat all of this by we being helpless
