Prem kumari filed complaint against Meesho on Feb 7, 2024
I placed the order Meesho app on **th Jan **** and received an update on **st Jan **** stating that the product is delivered but I never got any call, message or OTP regarding the delivery. The product is ''Princess beautiful EARRINGS". When I complained about it on *nd February to the meesho customer service team they told me to wait for * working days as they will look into the matter... When I didn't got any update, I again complained on *th feb.. and I got the same response.. so I waited and today is *th February, and today I called them about the issue and the customer care person said that the OTP is shared and they can't do anything.. I didn't have any info as I never received any call or OTP regarding the delivery so obviously I could not share the OTP when I never received it in the first place. So I asked them about the courier company name and after requesting they provided the name of the courier partner which is 'pocketship' when I searched it in the tracking details of the product this name was nowhere to be found... The order "I'd is Sub Order ID ************_*" and the seller is "JIYANSH SHOP"... As it was prepaid order for rupees ***, so I lost my money as the matter is not resolved yet.
If they can't handle the matters with their courier partners then they should return the money. Why I should be tortured like this for past one week..
I want my money back. Please help me resolve this problem
