I placed an order on **th July and the expected delivery date was *th August. However the parcel is not delivered by Jabong. It was gift for my Sister on Rakhi. I received only one package out of the whole order. It was jeans for me but no package for my Sister which I ordered.
I contacted them for help but they are just making false promises which they normally do.
I have attached a screenshot of my order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
