Oldglam official - Package not delivered even after paying the amount

I ordered jeans from this store called Oldglam jeans store on Instagram on *th June ****. They told us to pay the amount first itself as cod wasn't available so we paid ₹**** on *th June **** at **.**PM. Then on **th June **** we messaged the store on sending us the tracking id but there wasn't a reply. We messaged them again on **th June and again no reply. Then on **th june we get a reply from them that the parcel will be delivered on **th june and thank you for having patience. Then on **th June we texted them on whereabouts of our parcel and yet they didn't reply to us again. We asked them to either refund the order amount or send us our delivery yet there wasn't a reply from them. We constantly kept messaging them but still no replies. We then decided to report them on Instagram on *st July ****.
