Craftisan By Zaak Eventures Pvt. Ltd. - Package not delivered even after 25 days

I bought three jewellery items on April **, ****, from craftisan.in. Items don't come, no email, no communication from them. Don't respond to calls to their customer care number despite many attempts. After a lot of attempts, somebody picks up who claims to be a director and says that the company is out for business for some time. Why do they have a functioning website, why do they take orders? They promise a refund of my money Rs. **** on May *, but nothing happens. An email confirming their order is given below. I will now go to consumer court with all my evidence.
