The estimated delivery date was *st Feb,****.I have been receiving WhatsApp updates from Xpressbees since last * days along with delivery agent's contact number. Delivery agent never contacted me from there side.Upon contacting them I received shitty replies (Eg.Aapka location mere under nahi aata hai).In turn delivery agent updated Expressbees as I did not gave them OTP but the truth is they never contacted me.On contacting Xpressbees on customer care they assured me that my parcel will be delivered in next ** hrs but now it's been almost ** hrs and I haven't received my parcel yet.I personally contacted Xpressbees for * times is last * days and everytime the person has told me ke aaj * baje tak aapka parcel delivery ho jaayega (false promises). Today(*th Feb,****) I contacted the delivery agent * times but he didn't answer my call even once and moreover did not bother to call back.
