Shiv Logistics Packers and Movers - Package not delivered demanding extra money and abusing me

am filing this grievance against M/S SHIV LOGISTICS PACKERS & MOVERS regarding a highly unethical and misleading business practice. Initially, the business agreed to a service charge of ₹*,***, clearly stating that there would be no hidden charges. However, after the work was supposedly completed, they unexpectedly demanded ₹*,***, which is more than double the agreed amount. When I refused to pay the inflated charge and asked for clarification, they refused to return my bike and used abusive and threatening language. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also coercive and exploitative. I request immediate intervention from the Consumer Forum to: Ensure the safe return of my bike. Take appropriate action against the business for misleading pricing and harassment. Prevent such misconduct in the future for other consumers
