Fluff N Puff - Package not delivered Delay in addressing of queries

We had purchased this item on the *th of August. Ever since then, the seller did not provide prompt updates while reaching out for queries. They were very slow in addressing queries and barely responded to the messages sent their way. The order was to be delivered to the buyer but the buyer could not be reached as they were out of station during the period. The order then got bounced back to Delhi, after which the seller has been unresponsive. We tried reaching out and asking for a refund or if the order can redelivered to the same place but with different contact details, but no response from the seller regarding this thus far. There are other buyers too facing a similar scenario, and I am bringing your attention on behalf of all of the buyers who are facing this issue.
