My order id ********RP from fixchase from their add on facebook. i tried reaching them at first they were responding and claimed that they can't deliver product due to lockdown - and will resume delivery by **th May. it definitely did not happen and i dropped them email, the emails are now failing and bouncing back - it looks like they have delete their email support account.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
