Www.shoetrendz.com - Package not delivered customer harassment

I ordered a watch from the site which was returned. Since money is not returned, I exchanged for pair of shoes. These were sent to me with a size smaller. They were promptly returned. However, the owner refused to acknowledge the receipts of the package for a week before I gave him signatory evidence. Till then an exchange was ordered. However, it is the lack of communication which is frustrating. The owner does not reply or pick up calls. He would reply once every two-three days. It's a harrowing experience talking to him.
