E commerce express - Package not delivered but the agent said deliverd

i got a message that iten orderd from Penta shop vide AWB ********* was out for delivery at **.** am on the **th dec ** .At ** noon of the same day another message said item deliverd . There was no entry in security for having come and there was no item at my door step . I called the customer care of E commerce express and lodged complaint , the excutive informed me that it will be solved in ** hours , i called them on the **th dec *o to be told it will take ** hour , when i cllaed them on the **th was informed will be sorted out by *pm on **th , when i called them on ** the i was informed their senior will call me . when i called them on **st saying no call they informed it is being sorted out . when i called them today *st Jan **** i was told i should wait for another ** hours . There is no intention to solve the issue and there is no honesty in the answer , and the call centre executives do not allow us to speak to the supervisor , I fell they are not a dependable agency
