Kasyap Sankara filed complaint against Meesho on Jan 22, 2025
Recieved notification that package was delivered on **th Jan **** but I did not receive it. Assuming it was delivered to a different house, I raised a complaint on Meesho. When I checked back on the status of the complaint, it was marked as resolved. When I called the customer care, they told me the package was delivered and OTP was given to the delivery person at the time of delivery. Despite telling them that no delivery person called to our house and we did not find them OTP, they kept repeating the same thing. I hung up the call in frustration. This always to be a sham by delivery person.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
