I booked a parcel from Jodhpur to Indore on *rd July ****. It was supposed to reach Indore by the morning of *th July. The parcel had clothes that were urgently needed for an event, and the customer had clearly told me it must be delivered by *th July.
When I went to their Indore office on *th July at * AM, I was told the parcel didn’t arrive. Later, I found out that their conductor had wrongly dropped the parcel at Pali, which is only about ** km from Jodhpur. This is very disappointing, especially because your Jodhpur staff had clearly told the driver to send the parcel to Indore.
Due to the urgency, I had specially booked the parcel through their bus service “Wanna,” even though I had other options like Hans Travels and MR Travels. I chose their service only because it was supposed to reach Indore earlier, so that the parcel could be delivered on time.
Now the customer is very angry with me, and I’ve lost trust and reputation because of your mistake. Also, the parcel is of no use to me now because the customer refused to accept it due to the delayed delivery on *th July. Because of this, I also have to bear the cost of the cloth material myself, which was specially ordered for him. On top of that, I already spent ₹*,*** to get the material from Balotra Mill to Jodhpur.
Their service in this case has been very poor. A small mistake like dropping the parcel at the wrong place has caused me a big loss. I request them to take responsibility and compensate me for the damage and loss.
