"I booked my luggage from Mumbai to Kulithalai in Karur district on **/**/****. It was received on **/**/****. When I booked, I paid for ** kg, but I actually only had ** kg. At the time of booking, they mentioned that room delivery was available, but now the Kulithalai office is saying that they can't deliver it to my home."
