Arihantbooks - Package not delivered as promised

I have ordered for CBSE class ** social science All-in-one material by paying a sum if Rs.*** (including delivery charges) through website Arihantbooks.com on **-**-****. The amount was deducted immediately from my bank account. I had been following it up with Arihant books through mails and phone calls as I was not intimated about the status of my order. Finally, the person in-charge of online orders promised me on **-August-**** (Friday) that he would dispatch the book on **-**-**** itself. But he hasn't kept his words. Till today my order was pending with Arihantbooks. I have sent more than couple of mains to crm@arihantbooks.com, info@arihantbooks.com, but no reply. After getting full amount from a customer Arihantbooks is cheating poeple by not sending the promised goods within promised time limit. Also so dishonest and irresponsible by not providung proper reply. This is highly unacceptable and unfair.
