Our Indian Trip - Package not delivered as per itinerary

Here I'm writing this about our Shimla Manali kasol tosh package given by our Indian trip company. First of all it was the worst package anyone would get ever! Our package was of * days * nights but we are discontinuing our trip because of the worst package and need a refund.
Days are as follow:

*st day only Delhi to Shimla drop which was not as per itinerary
*nd day there was * places as per itinerary but just one place that was Kufri and only form half road we took U-turn because you didn't give us local driver
*rd day just drop from Shimla to Manali which was not as per itinerary.

Firstly our first halt was at Shimla and as per itinerary, the places which was mentioned was not shown to us only we visited one place that is Kufri apart from that the package had mentioned almost *-* places which we never saw and mainly in that kiala forest was mentioned but there no one knows about that forest including driver he also enquired about that but no one knows if the places are not there and they are not showing us that places then why you have mentioned in the itinerary? I'm also attaching the screenshot and in that, I have highlighted things where we have not been taken to. You people are giving false information.

Also, we have asked to provide a local driver for this trip but we have not received that. We had made the payment to enjoy our trip but our full trip was wasted because we were just calling our Indian trip people for everything and they were making false commitments.

Then we headed to Manali where they were supposed to provide local guides there but did not provide. Every said word of yours was false and you are doing fraud.

Before my package was of *****/-, including everything and I always reminded to miss Payal that the remaining amount will be so and so. She always replied ok ok. But when we reached Delhi she demanded GST extra amount ****/- Also GST amount was told to us on the first day of the trip before that it was not mentioned anywhere each time we made the payment we said the remaining payment amount in written they said yes and then telling about GST.

Our Indian had spoiled our honeymoon which I have planned as a surprise for my wife in Manali hotel which was candlelight dinner, cake cutting, room decorations, etc. They told us it will be done, we are doing setting about that but * days went off but nothing was done when we tell about something we just hear sorry for all things your sorry won't help us there was no **/* assistance also no proper arrangements at the hotel for the heater and all. Finally, we disconnected on ** Jan and went back to Delhi. My package was still **dec from kasol to Delhi airport drop and ** Jan from Manali to kasol tosh as per itinerary.

Our Indian trip people literally spoiled our honeymoon! Today was our kasol trip but we have to cancel that as our whole mood is spoiled. We need a refund for this for the inconvenience we faced and due to which we had to cancel the trip.

As per itinerary on **th Jan you mentioned
Tara Devi temple
Kiala Forest
Kuthar Fort
Shimla state museum
Summer hill.
But not one of these places we visited, we were just dropped at Shimla hotel from Delhi airport

As per itinerary on **th Jan you mentioned
Kufri
Naldehra
Green valley
Annandale.
But only one place visited which was Kufri and, not full Kufri because you didn’t provide us a local driver which you promised me before.

As per itinerary on **th Jan you mentioned
Jogni waterfalls
Bhrigu lake
Hadimba temple
The castle Manali
Van vihar national park
Rahalla falls
But only visited Hidimba temple and clubhouse on **th Jan.

As per itinerary on **th Jan you mentioned
Solang valley
Rohtang pass
But only we visited Solang valley which was again not visited fully because your driver took us back to Delhi on ** Jan.
And even after paying *****/- while returning Manali to Delhi on **th Jan, the cab vendor was harassing us and we were stuck at Mohali as the driver was not moving. They were demanding money and we were calling continuously to our Indian trip but those guys really didn’t care that my wife was crying that day really I can’t forget that day.
Thanks a lot for your poor service Payal madam and Vishal Ji My full trip was closed on argument and false commitment so please do the need full please to refund my kasol amount and naldehra and etc. places amount. Because that was my hard-earned cash. We are a middle-class family.
PLEASE FIND THE ATTACHMENT FOR EVERY PROOF.
