dtdc hisar - Package not delivered and Very Irresponsible staff

They updated status as Customer refused the delivery and they have not even contacted me. on ** they called but I miss that Call. But they previously from that two times mentioned that I refused delivery even they have not make a single call.
They just waisted my and my supplier time about ** days.
This made my project delay and that cost can't not be counted.
The product was a sample.
This made poor relations with my supplier.
This is the extreme wrong behaviour by DTDC that was not expected.
I request you to punish the all person who were involved in this Irresponsible act.
