Zora cosmetics - Package not delivered and the amount also not refunded

I have ordered for * items and paid Rs.**** by June **,****. Still the product is not delivered and nor my amount is refunded, though I followed with them many times through Whatsapp and Mail. I have given my account details as well but again no response and my money is not refunded yet.
