angel clothing bollt colletions shopify - package not delivered and store became unavailable to contact

I bought few clothes from bollt colletions which i came across on instagram ads on the *th of december,**** and paid Rs.***/- for the clothes through debit card on the same day. And later when i tried to open and track my order the website showed me that the store is unavailable. i didn't receive any kind of message regarding my order. And when i contacted payu team who takes care of financial payments, they gave me the mail id of the merchant. And i mailed the merchant regarding the issue many times but i did not receive any reply. i request you to consider this and help me through with either refund or delivery of the clothes
