Forever living company - Package not delivered and sponser asking for money

On ** Feb I had made my own ID in My Forever India app. I wanted to start small and invest a *,*** rupees amount to start the business but my sponser pressurized me to invest a total of **,*** rupees. I said I had no money but they insisted that I get it from anywhere like loan it from a friend or family member. They also said that the offer is limited giving me like * to * hour or even ** to * min time to make a big decision. Then I heard about * CC which is for **,*** rupees but I didn't know that it was temporary. At last I invested a total of **,*** rupees. After I knew that evening that it is temporary by surfing on the internet I was shocked. I asked for a refund but they said it is not possible and then on ** Feb my sponser said she was in a hurry and I had network problems so she asked for my ID and password which I gave her. She said that she will help me do * CC and my money will be saved only this way. At last I shared my OTP with her and that was my biggest mistake ! My sponser put her order address and email address on the delivery using my account and she says that she also has put some money in it and now she is asking for that money which I didn't ask for and said that I cannot pay.
I am sure she might have even damaged the products until now so I cannot get any refund. Now she has both the order and my money.
I've contacted flp but it has been * days since I stopped getting reply.
And they are saying that refund is not possible without the products.
What I want to say here is my sponser has been using my account without my permission, with illegal means and also stopping my refund.
