I made an order through paytm mall. A watch and a slipper on **th Aug ****. Delivery through Xpressbees.
On **th Watch arrived at location hub ernakulam and in paytn app order shows which is delivered. And it's **th till now order no lt delivered to me and the delivery boy didn't pick up my call. Invoice of product attach with mail.
while I check it with the paytm customer support I found that Courier agency put my fake sign. Ie POD sign is not mine.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
