I placed an order for an Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner from a local dealer in my city. The dealer promised to deliver the product at my address in * days but failed to do so and when asked for an update, kept on making lame excuses. Finally when I asked him to cancel the order and refund my money he started stalling again and refused to pick up the phone.
