Tecgeek.in - Package not delivered and seller not responding

purchased a mi sphere. Camera from tecgeek. In store after contacting discussing with the seller Mr. Sagar. On **th April. ****
I made a payment to the seller account as per his request on **th April and was told that the product will be delivered with in * days..
After the payment the seller used to say busy when ever I tried to call him. And finally he is not responding to my calls.. And started speaking rudely and asked me not to call him or Msg him.
I called him many times till now.. For almost ** days now. And he says that the product will be shipped. And sometimes he says he will refund it. And til now. I did t get any update on refund or on the product.
I want to file a complaint on the seller. Tecgeek. In.. For refund and also for the claim for making me stressed mentally all these days
