I have tried contacting customer care multiple times but no response,my return window of ** days is also coming to end ,I have received order item I’d **** on this order which I like to return .there is no option of return on my orders section.also other item still shows shipped after so many days ..I need to initiate refund and cancel processing and get refund on rest of order from if it will not be delivered
